Behaviour of Response in a Neural Net for Input Stimuli

We give a simple neural network consisting of excitatory and inhibitory neural elements and study some fundamental properties with the neural net. We clean up the competitive process in the neural net and the effect of the hysterisis of both elements on it. We also give and explain some interesting behavior of responses which the neural net shows under static input stimuli.
