平成27 年度に文部科学省「地（知）の拠点大学による地方創生推進事業（COC＋：Center of Community）」が採択され，山口大学が拠点大学となり，高等教育機関，地方自治体，県内企業，経済団体等が連携した，オールやまぐちで「やまぐち未来創生人材育成・定着促進事業」を推進している。本稿においては，大学による地域創生に関する取り組み（COC＋事業）を通じた地域創生に資する教学改革の具体的な事例を示しつつ，学生キャリア教育コーディネーターの視点から，現状と課題を報告する。更に，将来に向けた展望について考察・検討を行う。
