中教審答申「学士課程教育の構築に向けて」と本学の教育改善の取組 : 答申内容と本学の教育改善システムとの比較（その1）

The report "for the bachelor of education building" and efforts to improve Yamaguchi university education : comparison of Yamaguchi university's educational system and MEXT report (a)

2008年12月24日、文部科学省から中央教育審議会（以下中教審）の答申「学士課程教育の構築に向けて」（以下学士課程答申）が公表された。本稿はこの答申に書かれた内容と本学が今までに取り組んできた教育改善の取組内容とを比較研究したものである。分析の結果、学士課程答申に書かれている内容とこれまでの本学の取組内容及び「質の高い大学教育改善推進プログラム」（以下教育GP）として本学が現在取り組んでいる重点プログラムの内容とが、かなりの部分で重なっていることが明らかになった。しかし、本学の取組は教育改善のPDCAサイクルで言えば、計画（Plan）の段階部分であり、これから教育改善の「実質化」を図っていかなければ、実質的な大学教育の質の改善に結び付かないと結論付ける。
