This study deals with a questionnaire survey on utilization of the hazard map distributed in Habu, Sanyo-Onoda city, Yamaguchi and evacuation behavior of inhabitants in Habu when Typhoon 0514 attacked. In this paper, relationship between the hazard map and evacuation behavior is also discussed. The main results obtained by this study are as follows
