Theoretical phase diagrams for ｛N(CH_3)_4｝_2MnC_4 are calculated by using a phenomenological approach. Expressions for thermodynamical potentials of different phases and for boundaries between these phases are given in an explicit or parametric form. The theoretical temperature-pressure phase diagrams are plotted. They show sufficiently well agreement with corresponding experimental diagrams.
